I can't see the files, or I can't print the files.

Why can I only see the "C" files and folders?

I got an email from PayPal saying that my subscription payment failed and that PayPal will try to put the payment through again. What should I do to make sure that my payment goes through and I don't lose access to the files here at Healthy Files?
